We are here to keep the OOC peace and encourage IC drama. Making sure the site runs smoothly and the rules are used and understood.

Friend/Foe
OOC we are your best friends but IC we are your enemies. When you become staff your character becomes a tool of plot. Take Fuse for example. She will be a team player til you guys become too comfortable then staff may use her to cause any number of problems for the group. But staff characters are also kind to some point. We may help the group when they get stuck, protect the powerless if they run into monsters and pave the way for characters to become main characters in the story. If you want to be staff please realize this as it is also your job.

Guardian
Along with working IC and the OOC job they signed up for, many staff will also watch over 5 members. You will be notified if you are assigned to someone other than the admin. It is kind of your representative in the staff board. Your staff will also making sure we aren't leaving you out of the memory loop. If you haven't gotten your weekly memory or haven't received any for a while then please inform your or any staff.[/ul]

They supervise and do all the jobs below.
[li]Group Admin
They are the group's main staff member. Each group has its own IC rules. The group admin will make sure they are not too harsh and are followed by your group members.
[/li][li]Thread Mod
Thread mods based in the thread-drop off. Their job will be to read and list the rewards members get for their threads. After reading a member's thread you will post the amounts they collected, if they collected any items. Then you will post a random amount of rewards but do not worry a general reward list is in the staff area for guidance.
[/li][li]Memory Mod
The memory mod is a thread jumper. They post in random threads stating the existence of a memory or memories in a thread which characters are free to find and remember on their own.
[/li][li]Monster Mods
The monster mod is a thread bomber. The post in random threads with animal/monster who will attack the group or character. They also decide if a hunter or trainer can take down or control the animal/monster.
[/li][li]Advertisement Staff
Ad staff design new advertisements and are the main posters of ad on other sites. It is their job to bring other members into the site.
